Welcome, one and all, to the magical
world of Nanci Nelson’s Nursery!
With the support of my husband turned business partner, we founded an independent publishing company: Nanci Nelson’s Nursery Ltd.
Our goal with this company is to inspire creativity with stories that give children of all ages room to dream, imagine, and play through a growing love of reading.
We published 6 children’s books in 2023.
We have published 5 titles from our anthology series Nano Adventures, with 25 more titles ready to be edited and published in the coming year.

To appeal to early readers, we created the first installment of our next series, If I Had…, beginning by shooting for the stars with

We worked with an exceedingly skilled illustrator to bring our concept to life with stunning visuals in a story with a goal to invoke a love of imaginative play and reading from a young age.
Did I mention I wrote a novel?
Of all the people who say they want to write a book, only 3% actually follow through.
I am part of that 3%.
In addition to writing over 30 children’s books, I completed the first draft of my 100,000 word Science Fiction novel.
