When they wanted to update their website and mobile app to better articulate their values, they brought me in to help identify their brand voice and put it in action.

Their brand persona? A bear.

Bears are strong, bold, and make their presence known. 

Bears aren't afraid to be unabashedly themselves. Whether that is roaming the forest, or providing a comfortable, fuel-efficient flight. 

Frontier Airlines is a bear because it is bold, strong, and always on the move to feed its desire to do better.

The covid pandemic in 2020 halted all updates to the app and website. Some of the work went live.

Greener Skies

As America's greenest airline, Frontier is dedicated to making a conscious effort to improve its impact on the environment. They are proud of that title and work hard to show their love for their customers as well as the other creatures that walk the Earth.
